United in Manchester International Summer School

Group of students working in the Alan Gilbert Learning Commons

What you'll study

You will experience various class lectures, practical laboratories, team working, project planning and decision-making exercises, in an English environment.

Our programme is delivered by a group of academics, postdoctoral researchers and PhD students across various schools in discipline themes.

Academic teaching in natural sciences and engineering takes place in the mornings, while entrepreneurship and English classes are run in the afternoon, in the format of small group teaching and teamwork.

You will be assessed during your time at the Summer School, and upon successful completion you will be awarded 20 University of Manchester credits which can be transferred to your home University.

Assessments are reviewed by an Independent Academic Advisor.
